All-round administrative employee (m/f)
HR Administration
- Follow Up recruitment steps and related social network communication/activities
- Planning all events (Monthly events, quarterly loops, etc.) and follow up
- Onboarding new staff
Invoices :
- Handling of the incoming invoices (review, scanning,…)
Office management :
- Handling the in- and out- mails (post and web at generic addresses)
- Organizing the storage of documents (paper and electronic)
- Manage the incoming calls, the visitors, the deliveries, etc.
- Manage the office
Operations :
- Prepare all administration (print, laminate, etc.) needed to launch the works on customer’s site
- Organize the appointments for medical controls for activities in LUX
- Support projects administrative work
- Support invoicing process
Job content to evolve with the time and the growth of the company. Possibility to adapt into a 4/5 regime.
Profile :
- First experience needed of min 3 years.
- Ideally a Bachelor’s in Administration or Executive Assistant
- MS Office tools
- Winbooks or other Accounting ERP is a plus
- Dutch and French, UK is a plus
- Well organized, independent, and taking initiatives
- Positive minded
- Solution driver
- Able to work autonomously
- Team spirit
