Experienced Audit Administrative Assistant (m/f) / Grant Thornton
Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking an Audit Administrative Assistant (m/f) to start ASAP. Main responsibilities
- Acting as receptionist by answering incoming calls and helping external and internal clients.
- Assisting with calendar maintenance and meeting schedule ;
- Coordinating administrative tasks, copying, scanning, archiving and other administrative duties ;
- Preparing professional documents such as engagement letters, audit reports, long form audit reports and various audit business presentations ;
- Providing assistance with meeting and conference organisation, mail distribution, travel and hotel arrangements ;
- Coordinating with other administrative departments within the firm.
Main requirements
- Bachelor degree as Management Assistant or equivalent required ;
- At least 1 years of experience as administrative assistant in a professional services firm, ideally in Luxembourg ;
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory, German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset ;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ;
- Ability to prioritise multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment ;
- Strong organizational and communication skills,
- Results-oriented, deep attention to detail and accuracy.
