Main responsibilities

• ­ Preparation of tax analyses for international clients mainly involved in private equity, distressed debt and real estate ;
• ­ Preparation of operational tax analyses and assistance with operational tax compliance obligations of our clients (including subject matters such as FATCA, CRS, DAC 6, QI)
• ­ Coordination and contacts with tax experts from other Grant Thornton offices ;
• ­ Participate to the organization of internal tax trainings and client events ;
• ­ Participate to external events within the Grant Thornton network ;
• ­ Communicate new tax developments to clients, other departments and to Grant Thornton network ;
• ­ Assist with the preparation of newsletters.

Main requirements

• ­ Master degree in Law, Economics or Finance with preferably a specialization in Tax Law ;
• ­ From 0 to 2 years of relevant experience within a consultancy or accountancy firm ;
• ­ Fluency in English. French or German is an asset ;
• ­ Good command of Excel ;
• ­ Well organized and rigorous ;
• ­ Motivated to learn and ability to work efficiently and effectively on various direct tax and operational tax subjects ;
• ­ Team spirit, dynamism and good interpersonal skills ;
• ­ Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
