We welcome you to share the ancient tradition of Wassail with us, as we raise a glass to the health of our orchards and enjoy some live music, tasty traditional Luxembourgish soup and of course, plenty of cider.
Join a thrilling adventure where you will visit some neighboring orchards in the evening, get a chance to discover more about our cider-making process and sample some of our new and exclusive products.

🔥 What is Wassail ?

Wassail is an old custom that dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times, when people would drink hot spiced cider, sing songs and bless the apple trees to ensure a bountiful harvest. Ramborn has adapted this tradition in Luxembourg : during the Wassail ceremony we plant a tree and show the participants how to care for older ones.

It’s a way of honoring nature, continuing our work of orchard restoration and chasing away evil spirits. 🌙🌳
