To boost and strengthen its relationships with broker partners in Belgium in its life insurance sales activities, Baloise Luxembourg has appointed Tine Vanmassenhove as Commercial Director for the Belgian market.

With over 15 years of experience in relationship management and commercial operations within the financial sector, as well as in managerial functions, Tine Vanmassenhove has built her career in the ever-evolving life insurance industry. Throughout her various professional roles, she has developed strong expertise in defining and implementing business strategies, managing partner and client relationships, as well as in market analysis and operational process optimisation. Her expertise also extends to risk management and regulatory compliance.

After beginning her career in 2005 at ABN AMRO Asset Management as a Client Relationship Officer, she rose through the ranks at Lombard International Assurance in Luxembourg, moving from Manager Belgium to Senior Manager Belgium & Luxembourg, then Head of UK, LIPCC, Asia, International, South Africa & Nordic markets, Head of Partner & Client Services, and finally Head of Business Development Belux – Sales.
In 2022, she joined ING Luxembourg as a Private Banker, advising high-net-worth clients on bespoke banking, wealth management, and insurance solutions.A Flemish Belgian national, Tine Vanmassenhove has an in-depth understanding of the market and local partners. « I always pay particular attention to the service I provide to my clients ; it must be excellent » says Tine. « I am looking forward to joining a great company like Baloise, which listens to its clients’ needs and offers tailor-made solutions.
