8 start-ups from the Incubator and Entrepreneurship Programme

Get a glimpse at a selection of start-ups incubated in Belval. They all share the invaluable input they are getting from the University of Luxembourg Incubator and Entrepreneurship Programme.

ETICC

ETICC is a non-profit Civil Society Organisation (CSO) founded in June 2019 by a group of European citizens from Luxembourg, acting as a European citizen think & action tank. ETICC brings together citizens and organizations that promote the Open Government principles (OGP) : transparency, citizen participation, and collaborative governance.

GoldenMe

GoldenMe is an ASBL (association sans but lucratif = non-profit making) with the aim of preventing social isolation through digital training. GoldenMe´s target group are people between the ages of 55 and 69 who are already retired or are about to do so.

Enidia AI

Founded by Prof. Tomer Libal in 2021, Enidia AI was born out of a vision to bridge the gap between advanced technological innovation and practical legal applications. With a commitment to ethical AI, their goal is to empower legal professionals with tools that are not only technologically advanced but also align with the highest standards of reliability and responsibility.

NIUM

NIUM is a spin-off of the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine (University of Luxembourg).
They develop personalized nutrition solutions to enable a better understanding of metabolism and health. NIUM has a team that combines a vast track record in research and previous experience in startup and business development.

The Tennis Agency

The team of experts from The Tennis Agency assists tennis players in every step of their professional tennis journey. They take care of all their management inquiries in the background, so that they can focus on nothing else but becoming a shining tennis star.

Simon Loutid a quitté le secteur de la finance pour cuisiner des financiers. Ses produits sont élaborés dans des ateliers d’inclusion professionnelle et sociale au Luxembourg, par des personnes en situation de handicap.

MoveMe is a web application that simplifies the relocation journey. It includes all the necessary process management tools to help you have a more organized and stress-free experience with your immigration process.

WeConnect

WeConnect offers intergenerational coliving in Luxembourg. They help students find affordable accommodation by sharing a home with a host who has a room to rent. WeConnect aims to solve two major problems : affordable housing for young people in a tight property market and the fight against loneliness, a widespread problem among young and old in our hyper-connected society.

About the Incubator and Entrepreneurship Programme

Entrepreneurship Programme gives the community of the University of Luxembourg a possibility to participate in initiatives that allow them to acquire business skills like the Ideation Camp. It works closely with the University of Luxembourg Incubator, a place dedicated to providing support in bringing the University’s business ideas to the market. Business leaders are invited as mentors and speakers to support young entrepreneurs in being successful in their projects.
