Carole Henry joins Terra Matters with a robust background in customer success, business development, and stakeholder management across various high-tech and SaaS sectors. Her expertise in sustainability, ESG advisory, and data analysis will be invaluable as Terra Matters aims to reduce unnecessary duplication, enhance efficiency, and establish benchmarks that industries can follow for more transparent and effective circular practices.
Carole’s professional journey includes key roles at nZero, where she managed clients using a SaaS carbon emissions accounting platform, and CarPay-Diem, where she spearheaded business development initiatives for digital fueling payment solutions. Her tenure at PayPal as a Senior Manager for SMB Go-To-Market Strategy and at Amazon as a Senior Online Marketing Manager has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of client engagement, product improvement, and market expansion.

She will leverage her extensive experience to monitor the market, create an ecosystem around the PCDS, and build partnerships. Carole’s ability to manage international projects, collaborate across teams, and set up innovative initiatives aligns perfectly with Terra Matters’ goals of making sure to have the right digital tool, governance, and ecosystem for the PCDS. It will enable this standard to be adopted on a massive scale and used effectively to have a real impact and contribute to the deployment of ever more circular models.
About Terra Matters
Terra Matters is a governmental mission, that follows on from the “Circularity Dataset Standardization Initiative” launched by the Ministry of the Economy in 2020. The initiative aimed the implementation of an official standard for communicating data on the circular economy properties of products. The initiative ended with the creation of the Product Circular Data Sheet (PCDS). The PCDS is also an ISO norm, 59040, which is under development.
The upcoming launch of Terra Matters platform marks a significant milestone in journey to support the creation and exchange of the PCDS and support businesses in their quest for sustainable growth and environmental stewardship.
